At the Tanner -J Dance Zone you don't just get a lesson, you get a Tanner-J Lesson! Bob and Jeanne Tanner are very experienced teachers, and have literally taught thousands of couples to dance!

Whatever your age or ability, we can help you. We run classes all over the Plymouth area, and we can offer private lessons by appointment.

We mainly teach social dancing for individuals or couples who wish to enjoy the thrill of moving to music. Ballroom dances, Latin American dances, Disco dances, Line dances or Freestyle, you name it we teach it.

"Strictly Come Dancing" has done much to encourage people of all ages to learn to dance. It proves that even if you think you may have two left feet, we can at least find you a left and a right!

Our classes are fun, sociable and help keep you fit. You can even earn a medal, or perhaps enter one of our fun competitions or be in a show.
